Complicated more like. The options were one of my younger brothers and his boyfriend that Omega doesn't like, my ex, and someone the kids didn't know.

The young lady the little ones didn't know well. But the younger brother and his boyfriend went to join them.

She's a friend of Omega's that also knows that particular sibling and his boyfriend, so I guess it worked out.

Hope it didn't take long for the kids to warm to her then. I know I wouldn't leave my two with anyone I didn't trust, though Michael's old enough to take care of Imogen now.

Things are a lot easier now I can leave them alone for a bit while I go shopping or to visit a friend and trust them to both be there and okay when I get back.

Of course not. And I would imagine Theta is also too young to be left on his own or in charge of the twins? In any case, during a house move is a different matter to going to the shops given the place you would leave them is the place of activity.
